Account Questions:
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one
account per household, however each person registering an account must have a
separate computer, separate email, separate Payment Account and written permission from Misty and Sam to participate in our program.
Can I share my payment account?
NO - every member must have their own payment account.
How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.mistyandsamscash.com
Can I log into my account to check my balance from a machine that is used by another member?
NO - If you log into your account from a machine used by another member the system will flag you as having multiple accounts and you will be deleted.
How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter
your password, then click cancel. Please note that this can take up to 72 hrs as any emails in the que will still send.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows Misty and Sams Cash to send you email messages
and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from Misty and Sams Cash without
terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings.
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom
of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link.
You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.
Can I sell my account?
No - we do not allow members to sell or transfer accounts.
I'm an upgraded member, can I sell my monthly ad?
No - we do not allow members to sell ads, if you are caught doing this you will be deleted.
How can I Upgrade My Account
Upgraded memberships are available in the advertising area.
Can I Do Incremental Upgrades from Level to Level
Yes - you would pay the difference between the two levels and receive the difference in advertising. There is not a payment button to do this, you would need to contact me through the contact page for instructions.
I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members, except Pakistan and Iran. You must be able to Read and Write the English language.
I live outside the US, can I Participate in Search Emails and PTSearch's?
PLEASE NOTE: If you are NOT from one of the following countries, do not participate in search emails or PTSearchs: United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Norway, New Zealand and United Kingdom. If you use a Proxy, you cannot search.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their
program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV
users full earning privileges.
How long can I go without clicking links?
You will be deleted if you do not click a link for 20 days. You may put yourself on vacation for up to 30 Days. If you require more then 30 days you need express written permission from Misty and Sam. This rule applies to ALL members, regardless of upgraded status. If you are marked as on vacation for more then 30 days or you do not click for more then 20 days, you WILL be deleted and all earnings will be lost.
CHEAT LINKS - Do you have Cheat Links and Cheat Interests ?
There is an invisible banner in the PTC section, if you click it your account will be deleted as it is pretty obvious, with a negative point value, that it is a cheat link. We send out Cheat Link Emails - if you click it 3 times your account will be deleted. You will be deducted $0.35 each time you click it. We send out Quality Control emails with invisible links, 1 click and your account will be deleted as only Cheat Software can see this link. We CLEARLY mark each of these emails and they are sent solo. We have Cheat Interests in your member area, (Delete My Account, I am a cheater, delete me and I can not read English) if you select these, you will be deleted without warning. They are VERY obvious. This is a Paid To Read Site, READ what you are clicking! There are NO second chances and we will NOT respond to forum posts or emails on this issue.
Earnings Questions:
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the amount required for your membership level. We allow 1 cashout request per calander month. Simply fill the amount you wish to cashout in the box provided. If you try to cash out for more then is in your account when we validate your account, the request will be reversed ($0.35 processing fee applies). If you cash out through a payment type that is not in your profile, your request will be ignored (50 cents processing fee applies). Take the time to READ what button you are pushing.
How many Paid To Sign Ups can I submit?
We consider more then 3 PTS submissions to be excessive.
What are Points used for?
Points can be used in the Auto Surf area to advertise your other sites.
How can I request payment?
When you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.
When am I paid?
Payments are made within 30 days. Please note that your account must contain valid personal information. Should we find that the information is not valid, does not make sense, is not in English, etc. your account WILL be deleted and you will not be paid. An address of N/A is not valid information. An IP that traces back to China and you have USA as your country, is NOT valid information. We do check the validity of your IP, Zip Code etc prior to making payments. We will NOT issue a warning, we will NOT email you, we will NOT suspend you. We will simply delete your account and move on to the next request.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal (no fee)
Advertising Questions:
I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find
information on your different programs and costs?
Visit our advertisers section of the website for complete details. Please note that we do not accept advertisement of sites that promote pornography, hate, racist or offensive material. All advertising must be in English. Misty and Sam reserve the right to determine what constitutes offensive.
Your prices have changed since I joined, why?
Misty and Sam reserve the right to determine advertising prices based on the membership size. As the membership grows the advertising prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Why are my advertising stats not showing up in my Advertising section?
Due to the volume of ads we process, we purge the history file every 7 days. If you need to track your stats, be sure to log in and record your ad stats within 7 days of submission.
